New potatoes
Crawfish tails (enough for one per slice of potato)
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Seasoning
Pinch of garlic salt
Butter
Hot Sauce
Crab boil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil new potatoes in crab boil with the skins on. Cool and peel. Cut a thin slice from each end and discard. Cut the remaining potatoes into 1/2 inch slices.

2. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, Tony's, garlic salt in a bowl and set aside.

3. Saute crawfish tails in butter and hot sauce.

4. Put combined mix on potatoes evenly and top with one crawfish tail per potato.
