12 oranges & 3 lemons

Directions:
Directions:
sliced thin with peeling on, night before. Cover with cold water
in morning, grate dutch oven full of carrots, cook, drain water off
mix with fruit2 meausre cup for cup of sugar
cook until thick, less cooking if 2 bottles of certo added
NOTE: leave water on lemons and oranges, serves as a pectin.

Mom made this marmalade every year…it was delicious on homemade bread! (very runny though so it never went to school in our lunches….it was an after school and weekend treat).
