1 chicken, cut up or 4 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 cup dry rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large deep pan. Roll each piece of chicken in butter and arrange in bottom of pan. Pour on package of dry onion soup, Italian seasoning, rice, and water. Stir well. Cover and cook for 1 hour or until excess water is absorbed. Stir occasionally.
