Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My grandmother, "Mama", (Grandma Mueller) who raised me, used to make this almost every day. I never had store bought bread until I was about 14. She never measured ingredients so when I learned how to make it, I had her put in what she usually used and I measured all ingredients individually as she added them. That is how this recipe was born in the 1960's.I used to sell it and never had a complaint. Papaw loved it as well because he also was raised on homemade bread.

This picture is one of my favorites. I remember Brownie very well and I will never forget my grandmother. She was sweet and innocent up until the day she went to Heaven.
