12 hard cooked eggs
3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. mustard seed
1 c. sugar
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in quart jar or other sealable container with sliced onions. Combine first 5 ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil, until all sugar is dissolved. Pour hot brine over eggs and seal. Store in fridge for 4 - 7 days. Then they're ready to eat!
