2 lbs shrimp, shelled
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves , crushed
1/2 cup white wine
10 plum tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lb Greek feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic in the olive oil. Add the tomatoes and wine and simmer until the sauce is thickened and the tomatoes are cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Add the shrimp and cook until the shrimp are pink. Stir in the feta and simmer until the cheese is partially melted. Serve with crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
