Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 onion, roughly chopped

One Jalapeņo, chopped {or more if you like it hot}

1 large Garlic Clove, smashed and roughly chopped

1 {28 oz can} Whole Peeled Tomatoes

1 {14.5} Can of Rotel {I use mild}

One Whole Bunch of Fresh Cilantro Leaves {you can use less-I LOVE cilantro}

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Juice of a Lime

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until consistency you prefer. You will probably have to do this in batches.

Let refrigerate for a couple of hours at least before serving, but over night is best!

* I usually only add half of the onion to blend, and stir in the other half after blending to keep it chunky!
