2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream (or yogurt)
1 1/2 tablespoons flour (2 for yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 apples, peeled and sliced (approximate)

Topping
6 tablespoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, and then add rest of ingredients except apples, and stir to mix. Add apple slices, and toss to coat. Turn into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. While pie is baking, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. After pie has baked 30 minutes, remove from oven and top with topping. Lover oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake with topping an additional 15 minutes.
