2 1/2 squares bitter chocolate
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate on low in 1/2 cup water. Watch closely. Add 3/4 C. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt. Cook 4 minutes on meduim stirring all the time. Chill. Gradually add to 1/2 C. stiff whipped cream. Fill Mommy Jane's tea cup with hot milk. Add "tons" of chocolate and enjoy! (2-3 Tbsp. to taste)

This was a Burley Christmas morning tradition! Mother would mix this up, chill it and then serve it Christmas morning with her cinnamon rolls. Of course, before that Dad made sure we had eggs, fried potatoes, hot stewed tomatoes that we dipped our buttered toast and fresh side pork!
