Deli sliced roast beef. Sliced thick
Shredded cheddar Cheese
Instant garlic mashed potatoes
Horseradish
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare instant garlic mashed potatoes

Spoon potatoes on the end of a slice of roast beef.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of potatoes

Roll roastbeef

Place toothpick in through the top of the roll up to secure

Sprinkle water with fingers on top of roastbeef.

Cover with foil

Bake at 350 until starting to just brown and cheese is melted.

Serve with horseradish.
