2 Cups Medjool Dates

1 Cup Almond Meal

1 Cup Walnuts

4 Tablespoons Organic Coconut Oil

6 Scoops Whey Protein

2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder

5 Tablespoons Organic Dessicated Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Place dates and walnuts into a food processor and blend until mixture is well blended. Pour mixture into a large mixing bowl and add in almond meal, protein powder, melted coconut oil and cacao powder. Mix all ingredients together until you have a sticky mixture. Pour dessicated coconut onto a large plate and place aside. Using a tablespoon, scoop out a tablespoon at a time and roll mixture into a ball using your hands. Once you have a ball, roll in the dessicated coconut and place onto a tray. Continue to do the above 2 steps until you have used all of the mixture. Balls can be eaten straight away but they are best kept in fridge.
