5 lbs. potatoes
milk as needed
1 stick butter
salt to taste
8 ounces sour cream
chives
bacon bites
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft. Mix and mash together potatoes, butter and salt.
Fold in sour cream, bacon and chives. Put in a casserole and layer with shredded cheese. Bake at 350f. until cheese is melted.
