2 c. chicken broth (I sue Swanson's, 2 whole cans)
Rotisserie chicken torn into small pieces or ground turkey if you prefer
1 can of corn drained
1 can of black beans drained
1 1/2 c. Pace med Lime and Garlic Salsa (one small jar)
1 c. of chopped onion
cilantro to taste
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
tortilla chips to crunch on top

Directions:

Put all ingredients in pot (except tortillas), bring to boil and lower heat to med. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
