5 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp flour
5 eggs beaten
1 tbsp mustard
salt

Mix together and add:

1 scant c. of vinegar
1 large c. boiling water

Let cook until thickened, stir to prevent sticking. Makes 4 cups.
