beef roast, cubed
potatoes, peeled and cubed
carrots, peeled and sliced
onions
1 bay leaf
1 can of Guinness beer

Directions:
Directions:
Quantities are as to your preference. First, brown meat in stock pot. Then throw everything into pot and cover with water; bring to a boil and lightly simmer until ready to serve. Marcus never used any other seasonings - even salt and pepper!
