1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
olive oil
Tony's seasoning

Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a large bowl, drizzle oil to lightly coat sides. Toss in as many cauliflower pieces as can be safely tossed. Drizzle a bit more oil over cauliflower, add Tony's to taste. Gently toss until coated. Pour onto parchment-covered cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, turning half way through. Cauliflower tips will start to brown when done.

Recipe variations include adding crushed garlic, crushed chili peppers, Italian seasonings, or just plain salt and pepper - but always use the oil.
