Beat Together:
1 1/3 c. Butter or Margarine
2 c. Light Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Grated Orange Rind

Blend Together:

3 c. Quick Cooking Oatmeal (not instant)
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt.

Add dry Mixture to Wet Mixture.

Fold In:

3/4 c. Chocolate Chips
3/4 c. Butterscotch Chips
1 c. Chopped Walnuts or Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Drop tsp. onto parchment-lined cookie sheet, bake in pre-heated 350ºF oven for about 9 minutes. Watch Carefully, they can burn easily with all of the brown sugar.
