12 sweet Red Peppers (Can also add hot red chili peppers to spice it up)
Pickling Salt
3 c. White Sugar
1 1/2 c. White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems, seeds, and rubs from peppers.

Put through a food chopper, add to a glass bowl, add pickling salt. Mix.

Put into a pickling bag or layers of cheese-cloth and drain overnight or several
hours.

In a large sauce-pan combine the drained peppers, sugar and vinegar

Cook until thick. Add to sterilized jar(s) and store in the fridge. Recipe can be doubled.

(Her recipe didn't say if the salt should be rinsed off the peppers before cooking !!)
