2 tbsps sesame oil

3 cloves garlic minced

1/2 tsp ginger, minced

6 medium scallions chopped

1 1/4 lbs beef sirloin

4 fl oz dry sherry

6 tbsps light soy sauce

1/2 cup unpacked brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:

1.Combine marinade ingredients.
2.Place marinade and beef into a glass dish. Take care that the marinade covers the meat.
3.Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
4.Turn pieces of meat a couple of times during this time to make sure all sides are coated with the marinade.
5.Remove the meat from the marinade and thread onto 4 or 6 skewers.
6.Place on a grilling rack that has been brushed lightly with vegetable oil.
7.Broil or grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once and basting with the marinade as needed. 4 to 6 servings.
