1-2 lbs of shrimp (shells preferred)
3 Tbsp Old Bay
1 lemon, quartered
1 stalk of celery (if you have it)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pot of water with Old Bay, lemon and celery for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add shrimp. Wait until the shrimp begin to curl. When half curled, remove with slotted spoon. Immediately cool if you want to serve chilled as shrimp cocktail.
Or remove from boiling water mixture and put into a bowl and mix with extra Old Bay to make spicy shrimp appetizer.

Shells can be removed after boiling or before. The flavor is best if done after. Please devein in either case! Shrimp cutters or a knife can do the trick if serving with shells on.
