2 Tbsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp mild chili powder
2 Tbsp ground malabar pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground clove

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use after marinade, but 1-2 hours before you cook.

Good with steaks, brisket, ribs, or Boston butt pulled pork (which is not a butt, its a shoulder). Can store leftovers in an air-tight container in refrigerator up to a month.
