Texas Chocolate Brownies Recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp.salt
4 T. cocoa
1 c. water
2 cubes butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
1 c. butter, melted
1 box powdered sugar
5 T. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl sift the flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, salt.
Place in pan and bring to a boil 4 T. cocoa, 1 c. water, 2 and cubes of butter.
Pour heated mixture over dry ingredients and mix the ingredients.
Add the buttermilk, beaten eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Grease a jelly roll pan, and pour mixture into the pan.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.
Prepare frosting to add while brownies when taken out of the oven.
Melt 1 cube butter then add 1 box of powdered sugar and stir.
Add the 6 T. buttermilk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 4 tsp.cocoa then stir until mixed.
Take brownies out of oven and pour the frosting onto the brownies.
