1 cube butter
4-5 c. fruit (fresh,frozen or canned)
1/2-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp.. salt
2-3 tsp.. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar (topping)
1 tsp.. cinnamon (topping)

Directions:

Pre-heat oven 375º
Melt butter in 9x13" Pyrex dish in the oven.
Use a saucepan on stove to add fruit, water and sugar and bring to a boil.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder then add milk and stir.
Pour fruit mixture into the 9x12".
Cover mixture with the flour mixture.
Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and sugar
Bake for 35-45 minutes
