2 c peanut butter
1/2 c butter
2 c rice krispies
2 c icing sugar

3 oz Bernard Callebaut chocolate or any of your favourite

Directions:
Directions:
In large electric mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, butter and sugar on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Add rice krispies cereal, mixing thoroughly. Portion mixture, using rounded teaspoon. Shape into 1" or smaller ball. Place each ball on a lined cookie sheet. Freeze.

Over low heat, melt chocolate morsels in a small saucepan, stirring constantly. Dip each ball in melted chocolate, return the balls to the cookie sheet and refrigerate. Store in airtight container. These freeze very well.

Note: Bernard Callebaut chocolate can be bought at Superstore.
