1/2 c butter, softened
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 c salted peanuts

Topping:
1 10 oz pkg butterscotch chips
1/2 c light corn syrup
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 15 x 10 baking pan with aluminum foil. Coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

In a small mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add flour and salt; mix well. Press into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 6 minutes. Sprinkle the peanuts on top.

Topping:
In a large saucepan, combine topping ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until chips and butter just about come to a boil. Pour over hot crust and peanuts. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until topping is bubbly.

Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars while still slightly warm.
