2 tsp. butter
SAUTE ONION AND BUTTER

2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
dash of pepper
3/4 cup dry sherry
HEAT THESE TO BOILING

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES

BUTTER TENDERLOIN

PLACE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES

PUT SAUCE ON MEAT

COOK 20-25 MINUTES @ 350 DEGREES

LET REST 5 MINUTES
