2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 lemon with rind, cut into thin slices
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 can (14 oz.) whole artichoke hearts (un-marinated)

1. Cut chicken into 2X2 inch chunks.

2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft. Add lemon and mushrooms and cook until soft.

3. Add all other ingredients except artichokes. Fry, stirring frequently, for approximately 15 minutes, or until chicken is done.

4. Add artichokes and heat thoroughly before servings.
