1/2 cup confectionary sugar
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter - very softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1cup confectionary sugar forrolling baked cookie in
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and confectionary sugar and vanilla - mix throughly
then mix salt and pecans and add this mixture to butter mixture
Mix all together
Put in frig at 2 hrs at this point
then - roll into small alls
place on parchment paper sheet covered cookie sheet

bake at 400 deg for 10-12 mins
watch cookies - do not allow to get too dark
put 1 cup confectonary suagr for rolling cookies in bowl
rollball in sugar immediatly out of oven - then roll in sugar again after cooled
