1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced, seasoned with salt and black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup purchased barbecue sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
juice of 1/2 a line
4 burrito-size flour tortillas (10 inch)

1 cup diced roma tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
diced jalapeno to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler with rack 3-4 inches from element. Coat a large pizza pan with cooking spray.
Saute chicken in oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat until cooked through, 7-8 minutes. Stir in barbecue sauce, vinegar, and lime juice; cook until thickened, 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Brown both sides of tortillas, one at a time, over high heat in skillet until crisp. Transfer tortillas to prepared pizza pan. You should be able to fit 4 tortillas on a large pan. Top tortillas with a quarter each of the mozzarella, chicken, tomato, onion, and jalapeno.
Broil pizzas 2-3 minutes, watching closely so they don't burn. Remove pizzas from oven and transfer to a cutting board. Cut pizzas into wedges.
