Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Box of graham cracker crumbs
1 lb of small curd cottage cheese
1 lb cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp flour
1 stick melted butter
1 pt(16 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter, following the directions on the box. Place in the bottom of a well greased 10" springform pan. I line the pan bottom with heavy aluminum foil(for easier removal from pan) and grease well. Can place a few crumbs around the side of the pan.

Cream cottage cheese well, add cream cheese and cream well. Add sugar and cream well. Gradually add eggs, one at a time -beating thoroughly after each. Add lemon juice and vanilla, then flour and cornstarch beating well. Then add melted butter. Finally fold in sour cream.

Bake in 325 deg oven for 1 hour. At the end of the hour, turn off the oven and let cake stay in oven for another 45 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN AT ANY TIME. After allotted time remove cake from oven and place on rack. Let cool for several hours, then refrigerate. When cold, I remove the cake from the tin and place on serving plate. Refrigerate. Use your favorite topping.
