1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1 bag Kraft caramels or Caramel Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix 1/3 cup (half a can) evaporated milk with cake mix and melted butter. Spread about 3/4 of the mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, melt caramels with remaining evaporated milk. Pour over baked mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on rack, cut into bars.
