lotsa large shrimp
lotsa butter
lotsa garlic
liberal shot of Barrel Select Canadian Whiskey
milk
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tails from shrimp. Melt butter in a large frying pan, adding garlic, shrimp and whiskey. Saute away. Add the whiskey to suit your taste. Add flour and stir in milk till you have a creamy sauce. A good ratio to start with is 2 tablespoons of flour to 1 cup of milk; adjust as needed. Serve immediately.
