2 teaspoons lemon juice
Whipped cream

Directions:
Crush enough strawberries to make 1/2 cup (6-8 berries). Save 1 for garnish.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, and crushed berries, water and lemon juice in a sauce pan. Cook until thickened. Cool.

Place whole strawberries decoratively in cooked crust. Pour thickened mixture (or glaze) over berries. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with strawberry fan.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
It is very important that the strawberries remain whole. If they are cut in half or sliced, it will make the glaze runny and watery.
