Ingredients:  
1 bunch of broccoflower (or use broccoli or cauliflower)
1 Qt.. of low fat milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 c. corn starch
1/4 c. water
1 tsp.. Creole Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Boil broccoflower until done, drain and mash.
Add milk, bouillon, salt and pepper,Creole seasoning.
Mix 1/2 c. corn starch with 1/4 c. water and stir.
Add thickening to soup.
Cook on medium until thickened.
