3 pkg yeast
1 cup water
3 Tbsp sugar
2 cups water
2 cups milk
13 egg yolks
2 ½ cups icing sugar
3 tsp salt
1 cup butter
½ cup oil
1 orange
Grated rind of 2 oranges
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and 3 tablespoons of sugar in 1 cup of water. Let stand for 1O minutes. Add yeast mixture to the remaining ingredients, adding flour to make a soft dough. Let rise. When doubled in bulk, punch down and let rise again. Put into greased pans; let rise. Bake at 325°F for 3/4 hour to 1 hour, depending on size of pans.
