2 cans mushrooms
½ onion,chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
3 Tbsp flour
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Green dill and parsley (optional)
¼cup cooking oil
1 cup cold water
Mushroom liquid

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in oil, until very tender. Add drained sliced mushrooms; reserve liquid. Add salt and pepper; simmer for 15 minutes. Brown flour slightly in a heavy skillet. Add cold water to make a smooth paste, stirring constantly. Add mushroom liquid and stir. Combine flour mixture with mushrooms. Add garlic and simmer gently for 20 minutes. Add more water, if a thinner sauce is desired.
