2 slices bread
2 T. natural peanut butter
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 T. honey
Sriracha
1 T butter

Heat a skillet over medium low heat. While skillet is heating, assemble the sandwich. Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and arrange the sliced banana on top. Drizzle with the honey and Sriracha. Put the second slice of bread on top. Melt 1/2 T. of butter in the skillet and place the sandwich in the pan, pressing on it slightly. After 2-3 minutes, or when the bread is golden brown, add the remaining 1/2 T of butter and flip the sandwich. Grill for another 2-3 minutes, until the bread is browned and the peanut butter is gooey.

If you don't have time to grill the sandwich, it's good cold as well. It also works well pressed in a George Foreman grill or panini press. It's also great with thinly sliced granny smith apple in place of the banana.
