2 C. BOILING WATER
3 C. FROZEN BROCCOLI FLOWERETS
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 C. WATER
1 C. SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
4 FROZEN BREADED FISH FILLETS (about 12 oz.)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400, SPREAD RICE IN 8"
BAKING DISH AND POUR BOILING WATER OVER
RICE. COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND LET STAND FOR 5 MIN., UNCOVER.
ARRANGE BROCCOLI OVER RICE; MIX SOUP AND WATER AND POUR OVER BROCCOLI. SPRINKLE WITH 1/2 OF CHEESE; TOP WITH FISH AND SPRINKLE REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP.
BAKE FOR 30 MIN. OR UNTIL FISH IS FLAKY.
