2 T. olive oil
2 T. mince garlic
2 shallots, mince
1 leek sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 pt mini bella sliced
1/2 c. pitted olives chopped (garlic ones are good)
sun dried tomatoes chopped
1-2 lbs sea scallops
1 c. white wine
1 T. tomato sauce
dash hot sauce
1 T. chopped parsley
Angel hair past cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Med high heat add oil and saute garlic, shallots, leek, then salt and pepper until soft.
Add muchrooms, olives, tomatoes and cook few minutes. Add scallops and cook for few min more. Add wine and tomato sauce and hot sauce. Cook 4-5 min more.
Add parsley and serve over angel hair.
