3/4 c olive oil1/4 c champagne vinegar
1 lb crab claws
1/2 t. oregano
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t minced garlic
1 T fine chop parsley
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 T white wine
1 t. Worchestershire

Combine all into heavy plastic bag. Refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight, turn several times
