3/4 c. olive oil (GOO)
1/8 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 t Dijon
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 t. garlic powder or garlic
1 t. oregano
Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 medium cukes cut and seeded
2 each colorful peppers large chop
1/2 c pepperoncini sliced
shallot thin slice
4 ribs celery sliced
8 oz feta crumbled
3/4 c, greek olives green and black
Romaine in 1 inch pieces
Can also add 1/3 lb each deli beef, ham, Genoa salami

Drizzle veggies with dressing and allow to marinate
Place romaine on serving place then put veggies on top then cheese on top

can also add 1/2 t. dijon, 1/2 t fresh thyme, and steamed haricot verts, sun dried tomatoes. And above meat.
