1 lb. zucchini sliced
1 can minced clams with juice
2 eggs
1 large onion grated
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
2 c. soda cracker crumbs

Directions:

Beat eggs, add onion, milk, salt, pepper, butter and cracker crumbs.
Spray an 8x8 Pyrex with Pam
Pour mixture into pan
Bake 350º for 1 hour
