2 or 3 strips of chopped bacon
1/2 chopped onion
1 stalk of celery
1 large potato
2 carrots
1 can of frozen lobster
shrimp
scallops
haddock
1 pkg of seafood chowder mix
1 can of baby clams
cream, milk or chicken broth
garlic, salt, pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon, onion, celery.
Add small chopped potatoes and carrots.
Add seasonings to taste.
Add baby clam juice, chicken broth or water just to cover ingredients.
Cook about 10 minutes.
Add all seafood except clams.
Simmer about 10 minutes.
Add milk or cream or chicken broth.
Warm mixture.
Add baby clams just before serving.
shake a dash of paprika on each bowl at serving time
