2 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1- 16 oz box shell macaroni
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp each, parsley, basil, oregano
1-1/2 cups grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in Dutch oven. Brown ground beef and sausage. Cook macaroni and drain well. Add macaroni and rest of ingredients to meat mixture. Place in large greased casserole.

Bake at 350º for at least one hour.

Optional: sprinkle top with an additional 1-1/2 cups grated cheddar during last 10 minutes of baking time. This makes it even cheesier!
