ICE-CREAM:
2 CONTAINERS RICH'S WHIP
6 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 C SUGAR

CRUMBS:
2 1/2 C FLOUR
1/4 TSP SALT
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS
1 C BROWN SUGAR
1 C MARGARINE OR OIL
1 TSP COFFEE-DISSOLVED IN WATER

Directions:
Crumb:
Mix together all the ingredients and place in a 9x13 pan
Bake at 350º until brown
Remove from the oven and when warm mush it with a fork

Ice-Cream:
Beat the rich’s whip and then add the eggs, vanilla and sugar
Place it in the freezer
When half frozen, mix in some of the crumbs into the ice cream and leave the rest to use as garnish
