5 LB MINUS 2 7 OZ C OF FLOUR
1 C OIL
1 EGG
2 TBSP SALT
2 C SUGAR
6 TBSP YEAST
1 TBSP SUGAR
4 C WARM WATER

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine yeast, sugar and water. Let sit
In the mixer combine the flour (5lb. minus 2, 7 oz. cups), oil, egg, salt and sugar
Mix for 15 minutes and then let it rest for 10 minutes
Transfer into a bowl and let rise covered for an hour
Bake at 350º until brown
