CRUST:
1 1/3 C FLOUR
1/3 C OIL
1/2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP COLD WATER

FILLING:
3 EGGS
1/2 C SUGAR
1/8 TSP SALT
1 TSP VANILLA
1 C CHOPPED PECANS
1/2 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS (OPTIONAL)
1 C LIGHT CORN SYRUP

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine the flour and salt
Mix in the rest of the ingredients-If the Dough is dry add oil.
Roll out and press the dough into the pan
Combine all the ingredients for the filling except the pecans and chips.
Slowly stir in the pecans and chips
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes
