"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Directions:
In a mixer, cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs to mixture, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder & salt.

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream& vanilla. Mix till combined.

Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased 9x13 pan & sprinkle with 1/2 of the topping. Add remainder of batter on top & sprinkle with the remaining topping.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

***NOTE***
Batter will be pretty sticky so recommend adding the 2nd layer in small spoonfuls all over rather than just adding remaining batter in one large blob. This may make it easier to spoon out over the cinnamon-sugar layer.
