1 can 20z Crushed Pineapple
1.25 C Brown sugar
1/2 teas Salt
6 tbsp. (3 oz) Lemon juice
2.5 tbsp. Yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in sauce pan and head to a mild boil.

Combine cornstarch with 2 tbsp. water. Slowly add with stirring to mixture to thicken.

After one minute, remove from heat, Serve hot over slices of ham. Or refrigerate and reheat for ham dinner.
