10oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
2 tsp. oregano
1½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
2 lbs. ground beef

In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 11x7in. baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350ºF for 55-60 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160º. Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
